Dr. Tamrika Khvtisiashvili most recently was an English Language Fellow in Palestine, where she taught English and Intercultural Communication courses. Prior to that, she was an assistant professor at Alfaisal University in Saudi Arabia, teaching various courses in English and Directing the University Preparatory Program. She received her Ph.D. in Linguistics and MA TESOL from the University of Utah. Her research interests vary from language teacher education, linguistics anthropology and intercultural communication. Her dissertation research was on linguistic documentation and revitalization practices of indigenous and endangered languages of the Caucasus.
